Every LipoTrine order is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your results or your experience for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days.
Contact customer support through the official LipoTrine website or through BuyGoods (the payment processor) using the contact information provided in your order confirmation email. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Ship all bottles back (used or unused) to the address provided with your RMA number. Include your order number and RMA number with the return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned product is received, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
The 60-day guarantee applies to all packages purchased through the official LipoTrine website. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for this guarantee.
